Senior Product Manager - PromoMats

📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for core PromoMats
• Conduct customer discovery with brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams to
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, including review cycle duration, time to
• Develop clear product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA throughout
• Deliver automation and AI-assisted capabilities that reduce manual work across promotional content
• Ensure product solutions meet scalability, quality, traceability, and auditability expectations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software product management, engineering, or
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning, particularly large
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Deep understanding of data flow architecture, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts and translate technical capabilities into business value for
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive products for

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from CAD $130,000 to $180,000, depending on qualifications, experience
