Senior Product Manager (Pulse)

📋 Description

• Own product definition and delivery for Pulse features end-to-end.
• Scope initiatives with stakeholders; define requirements and criteria.
• Support execution with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Operations.
• Act as strategy partner; present ideas to Head of Product.
• Communicate progress and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Use AI/LLM-driven features in Pulse; understand limits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in consumer-facing health/B2C.
• Comfort owning ambiguity; senior-most product judgment in the room.
• Technical fluency; deep with engineering; comfortable with AI/LLM.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data fluency: metrics-driven; dashboards; BigQuery/Looker a plus.
• Bias for action; able to disagree upward when data challenges the plan.
