📋 Description

• Own product definition through delivery for new features and initiatives in your area, defining the
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to scope initiatives, assessing feasibility
• Support execution and iteration with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Operations teams in tight
• Act as a strategy thought-partner to the Head of Product, helping explore, prioritize, and test
• Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional
• Use AI as a first-class tool in building Pulse and in daily work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing digital health, wellness
• Comfort owning ambiguity without a nearby manager; senior-most product judgment with the build team
• Technical fluency: able to go deep with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs; comfortable with
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Data fluency: hypothesis-driven, defining metrics and reading dashboards (BigQuery/Looker
• Bias for action and ability to disagree upward when data or team insights contradict the plan
