• 5+ years in product management in high-growth environments.
• Experience collaborating with executives across compliance, risk, ops, tech, BI, legal, etc.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on financial health for members.
• Analytical problem solver with data-informed decision making.
• Collaborative, execution-focused, and able to ship with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills.
