Senior Product Manager, Recommendations

📋 Description

• Define and own the product strategy/roadmap for Platform Recommendations.
• Identify problem spaces across surfaces; back with data-driven recommendations.
• Drive outcomes from strategic themes via analysis and quantified impact.
• Articulate customer and business problems; evaluate options; plan roadmaps.
• Define and defend KPIs; specify primary and supporting metrics.
• Own end-to-end experiment design; ensure rigor and alignment to roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM experience in recommendations/personalization/ML-driven products
• Strong analytical rigor: experiment design, A/B testing, KPIs
• Ownership and bias to action; end-to-end delivery
• Technical depth: work with ML engineers and data scientists on ranking and features
• Cross-functional leadership; influence across engineering, data science, design, business
• GenAI/LLM apps in product discovery, content understanding, or signal generation
• Experience across TV, mobile, and web surfaces with large-scale content
• BS/MS in a quantitative field; MBA a plus
