🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management, ideally in recommendations or ML.
• Strong analytical rigor; design experiments and measure impact.
• Ownership and bias to action; ship complex initiatives.
• Technical depth; work with ML engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM in product discovery or signals.
