📋 Description

• Set the reporting and insights strategy across multi-surface systems.
• Deeply understand payroll, finance, HR reporting needs.
• Build trusted reporting foundations: GL exports, lineage, auditability.
• Develop intelligent insights: AI, anomaly detection, proactive recommendations.
• Deliver through cross-functional alignment with Data, Eng, Design, Security.
• Measure impact with KPIs for adoption, trust, and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level PM with a focus on reporting, analytics, or data platforms.
• Proficiency in Cursor and Claude Code (Required).
• Data literacy across models, schemas, lineage, and reports.
• Able to read/write SQL to validate results.
• Customer focus and strong stakeholder management.
• Strong UX sensibilities and clear communication.
