Senior Product Manager - Research Platform & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the Research Operations product area in the Trusted Research Environment
• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Own platform capabilities enabling researchers to operate at scale
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, and Success teams
• Drive adoption, customer enablement, and post-release impact measurement
• Ensure governance, auditing, and cost visibility across the Research Environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering technical software
• Experience with IAM, authentication, authorization, or enterprise administration
• Experience with governance, auditing, observability, or operational platforms
• Experience designing for enterprise or regulated customers
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
