📋 Description

• Define backlog aligned with objectives; coordinate PI planning, execution, review.

• Own roadmap for modules like audience targeting, personalization, forecasting, or promotions.
• Lead cross-functional, distributed teams across US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
• Collaborate with UX to design AI-driven workflows and decision tools.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical business value for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management for data-driven AI or B2B SaaS.
• Domain Expertise: Retail Media, FMCG, TPM, or Loyalty/CDP.
• AI Literacy: Generative AI concepts, LLMs, guardrails.
• Data Fluency: Strong analytics; interpret models and outputs.
• Consulting Mindset: Advise senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, PowerBI.
