📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for colleague-facing products used across H&M Group’s
• Translate complex business challenges, store colleague needs, data and research into clear product
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics and business teams to shape products that
• Reimagine how AI, automation and data can elevate the colleague experience — from smarter guidance
• Simplify and modernize the store tool landscape, reducing friction and helping colleagues spend
• Create clarity and momentum across a global stakeholder landscape, aligning teams around the most

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience gained through work.
• +5 years of experience in product management, strategy, transformation, business development or a
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, KPIs and business cases for complex
• Strong ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations and influence decision
• Experience turning user insight, data and business priorities into product opportunities, value
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and design teams to move from strategy to delivery
