Senior Product Manager, Retailer Platform

📋 Description

• Define multi-year strategy/roadmap for storefront theming and merchandising tools.
• Lead retailer discovery; translate brand needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams; drive adoption and launches.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to evolve design system and APIs/SDKs.
• Liaise with exec and cross-functional teams; align stakeholders and manage timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
• 3+ years with enterprise customers in retail/e-commerce, incl. discovery.
• 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling.
• Led multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ teams and 10+ stakeholders.
• HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and analytics (SQL, Looker/Amplitude).
• Experience presenting product strategy to VP+ audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Design or related field, or equivalent.
