Senior Product Manager, Retailer Platform

📋 Description

• Define multi-year strategy for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising.
• Lead retailer discovery; translate brand/merch needs into platform capabilities.
• Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams; write PRDs and backlogs.
• Collaborate with Design on the design system and with Engineering on APIs/SDKs.
• Serve as executive and cross-functional point person across R&D and Commercial.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• 3+ years with enterprise retailers in retail/e-commerce; discovery workshops and QBRs.
• 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling.
• Led multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners and 10+ stakeholders.
• Web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, accessibility) and analytics/experimentation (SQL, Looker/Amplitude).
• Experience presenting product strategy to VP+ audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Design or related field, or equivalent.
