Senior Product Manager (Risk & Fraud)

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for Account Management including authentication, login security, MFA, reCAPTCHA
• Own subscription management: tiering, entitlements, usage limits, upgrade/downgrade flows, revenue
• Drive partnerships and enterprise logins with identity providers (SSO, SAML, OAuth2).
• Define and prioritize initiatives balancing UX, conversion, fraud risk, and compliance.
• Deep-dive into onboarding, login, account recovery, upgrades, and branding variants to reduce
• Shape roadmap for payment security and fraud rules (3‑DSecure/SCA) and optimize checkout.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Fraud and Risk with hands-on fraud prevention for transactional/high-volume products.
• Strong fraud fundamentals: account takeovers, chargebacks, device/behavior signals, rules, ML
• Deep understanding of authentication & authorization: MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identity
• Data-focused operator with funnels, experiments, KPIs, and trade-offs (conversion vs fraud loss vs
• Proven prioritization and crisp problem framing; ability to influence distributed teams.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; highly organized and entrepreneurial.
