📋 Description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for the science curriculum, aligning
• Establish quarterly OKRs and product-level success metrics, monitor performance, and use structured
• Lead products through established stage-gate processes, owning analysis, deliverables, investment
• Plan and execute customer research, develop product concepts, and translate business goals into
• Partner with Supply Chain to define physical product specifications, balancing instructional
• Advocate continuously for teachers and students through interviews, focus groups, observations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, educational
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience; an
• Demonstrated success operating in startup or growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from vision and discovery through launch
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, create structure amid
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
