Senior Product Manager, SMB e-commerce Growth

📋 Description

• Own activation, paywalls, pricing, and retention end-to-end.
• Run high-velocity experimentation across web and mobile funnels.
• Find insights, ship features to fix drop-offs.
• Work across web and mobile; partner with User Acquisition on paid-to-product handoff.
• Use data to decide; form hypotheses, measure outcomes, plan next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years as a PM with activation, monetization, or retention wins and KPI impact.
• Experience with recurring revenue (B2B SaaS, B2C subscription, or B2B2C).
• Understanding SMB ecommerce buyers and utility SaaS (Shopify, Canva, or similar).
• Strong funnel thinking; activation curves, pricing strategies, and paywall psychology.
• Builds with AI; uses Claude or equivalent to automate tasks.
• Data-fluent: SQL and analytics platforms (Amplitude or Mixpanel); ran many A/B tests.
