Senior Product Manager - Social Experience

📋 Description

• Define and own product direction for social investing and trading experiences
• Design connected end-to-end user journeys covering discovery, following, content sharing, insights
• Shape interaction design including navigation, information architecture, microcopy, default
• Build interactive prototypes to explore solutions and communicate intended behavior
• Apply behavioral psychology insights to drive participation, trust, and sharing behaviors
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and improve experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or similar leadership role in consumer-facing social
• Portfolio examples involving feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or online communities
• Strong understanding of user flows, navigation, information hierarchy, and usability principles
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into improvements
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, define measurable success criteria, and interpret data
