Senior Product Manager, Team Management

📋 Description

• Champion field research & validation: Spend time with customers in all markets to learn
• Define, prioritize, and deliver a roadmap initiatives that improve the value proposition of Toast
• Align Engineering, Security, Data, Research, Design, Care/Onboarding, and GTM partners to de-risk
• Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure ROI of roadmap initiatives and prioritize projects
• Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• ~5+ years shipping complex software products with demonstrated ownership of a major product
• Proven track record taking a product from discovery through prototype and pilot to scale.
• Exemplary stakeholder management and ability to align external partners and internal stakeholders
• Communication & influence. Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication; able to
• At least a Bachelor's degree required.
