Senior Product Manager, Teleoperation

📋 Description

• Own Teleoperation roadmap across operator interface, data workflows, and customer fine-tuning
• Define requirements for VR/XR rigs, control mappings, haptic/visual feedback
• Apply human factors to operator experience: cognitive load, fatigue, ergonomics
• Collaborate with Data Collection to maximize throughput and data quality
• Link operator experience to training outcomes and robot learning data
• Define and own customer-facing fine-tuning workflows for deployed robots

🎯 Requirements

• Shipping VR/XR or immersive interfaces to real users
• Background in human factors, HCI, or applied ergonomics
• Experience with teleoperation of physical systems
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics
• Excellent verbal/written communication translating tech to business impact
• Comfort operating in uncertainty and prioritizing velocity
