📋 Description

• Responsible for the planning, design, and continuous iteration of spot trading products.
• Lead the implementation of new trading features and continuously optimize the user trading
• Explore AI-driven trading tool design and applications (e.g., smart order execution, market
• Deeply understand core trading system mechanics, including order matching engines, order lifecycle
• Drive innovation in on-chain spot operations, bringing DeFi innovations into centralized exchanges
• Promote the launch of CeDeFi products, bridging on-chain and off-chain trading experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trading products; familiar with spot/derivatives trading systems.
• Deep understanding of order-matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical mechanics.
• Outstanding product design capability, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end (0 to 1)
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the crypto asset market and industry trends.
