Senior Product Manager, UI Ecosystems

📋 Description

• Define vision and roadmap for UI ecosystems and Foundation design system.
• Build a unified, scalable design system enabling high-quality UI/UX.
• Drive adoption and measure impact of the design system across Roblox.
• Lead AB testing for component migrations and manage trade-offs.
• Triage requests from designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Evangelize accessibility and stay current on UI/gaming tech trends, including AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience shipping consumer products across platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/PM/Design or equivalent experience.
• Strong design sensibilities and PM-design collaboration.
• Experience defining/managing design systems or UI platforms.
• Experience running platform-wide AB tests and trade-offs.
• Technical proficiency; ability to work with engineers; Luau/React beneficial.
