📋 Description

• Develop and implement Omni-Channel strategy across sales touchpoints
• Build personalized sales journey and boost Up-/Cross-Selling
• Lead rollout of new Up-/Cross-Selling products
• Develop bundling and pricing strategies across touchpoints
• Leverage AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code) for impact
• Own end-to-end responsibility; measure revenue impact

• Experience in consulting or digital Commercial with focus on Digital Sales, Pricing or Product
• Analytical: structure complex issues, data-driven, scalable solutions
• Execution: drive implementation, not just conceptualize
• Communication: persuade top management and international stakeholders
• Passion for AI and using AI tools to increase impact
• Hands-on: pragmatic, proactive and entrepreneurial
