Senior Product Manager, User Center

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for user account identity (individual / institutional) and preference
• Drive the productization of the login system, covering standard login, third-party login, QR code
• Own the design and evolution of account hierarchy and permission systems, supporting the company's
• Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate growth targets into an account
• Continuously track account-related complaints and support tickets to identify and address friction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning account systems /
• Strong systems-architecture mindset, with the ability to independently translate business
• Strong business judgment and data sensitivity, able to drive product decisions and prioritization
• Strong cross-team and cross-region collaboration and communication skills, able to engage internal
• Skilled at working with AI
• Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages
