Senior Product Manager – Vertical Programs

📋 Description

• Lead the program launch and optimization squad for digital physical therapy programs.
• Own portfolio health: engagement, retention, outcomes, gross margin.
• Collaborate with commercial, clinical, design, and engineering; align with execs.
• Build the operating model for launching and optimizing programs at scale.
• Drive speed to action in ambiguous opportunities with rapid testing.
• Operate with CEO-like ownership of product outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management with consumer/member products.
• End-to-end design across app, service, and hardware touchpoints.
• Business acumen: growth, retention, gross margin, tradeoffs.
• Data rigor with data-driven decisions and experimentation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.
• Preferred: digital health, matrixed org, multi-modal experiences.
