Senior Product Manager, Virtual Care

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams.
• Improve the member journey from finding and accessing care through the visit and follow-up.
• Build tools for clinicians to deliver high-quality care efficiently.
• Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial, and operational impact.
• Lead alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally in Product Management or adjacent role.
• 4+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.
• 4+ years of experience with tech systems and basic technology infrastructure (backend services
• 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps, and executing.
• Bonus: 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.

• Base pay: $163,944 - $215,176.50 per year
