📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams
• Improve member journey from finding and accessing care through visit and follow-up
• Build tools for clinicians to deliver high-quality care efficiently
• Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial, and operational impact
• Lead alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science partners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years cross-functional collaboration (Product Management or adjacent)
• 4+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes
• 4+ years with tech systems and basic infrastructure (backend services, SQL)
• 2+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
• 2+ years root-causing ambiguous problems and executing roadmap
