Senior Product Manager, Work Planning

📋 Description

• Own preventive maintenance end-to-end; define PM programs and workflows.
• Manage the full journey from work request to execution-ready work order.
• Pioneer agentic planning experiences; auto-enriching work orders and forecasting workload.
• Own planning metrics: PM compliance, planned vs reactive, backlog health, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales to articulate how MaintainX's planning and work readiness meet senior maintenance needs.
• Inspire and motivate designers and engineers to achieve outcomes tied to KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in product management for enterprise ops tools.
• Experience building configurable systems for complex environments.
• Comfortable navigating cross-team dependencies and scope trade-offs.
• Proven ability to drive discovery in greenfield areas with baselines.
• Inspire and rally a team around vision, strategy, and KPIs.
• Experience in industrial, field service, or operational technology; expert English.
