📋 Description

• Own go-to-market strategy for major product launches across Bybit's platform pillars.
• Define positioning and messaging for new features, market segments, and competitive moments.
• Develop integrated campaign strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across performance channels, Web3 surfaces, and owned media.
• Set, track, and report marketing KPIs (registrations, EFTD, product adoption, ROAS, share of voice

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in crypto, fintech, or Web3 (exchange

• Understanding both crypto-native and mainstream audiences; ability to simplify complex finance
