• Build and refine the US value proposition
• Define US buyers by specialty, buyer type, and sales stage
• Translate healthcare/AI realities into buyer-led messaging
• Pressure-test positioning with the field and iterate quickly
• Own US storytelling, website, and core product messaging
• Be the voice of the US market internally

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning GTM strategy at a tech company with direct/field sales
• Experience marketing in complex multi-stakeholder environments (healthcare a plus)
• Track record partnering with sales and training the reps
• Experience partnering with product to shape the product from market insights
• Strong customer-job outward thinking
• Exceptional writing, able to shift tone for clinicians to execs
