🎯 Requirements

• 6-9 years in B2B product marketing (SaaS/HR tech a plus).
• Strong storyteller with clear writing and product intuition.
• Led launches and GTM motions; independent operator.
• Data-informed; use qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and levels.
• Comfortable at an early-stage company; navigate ambiguity.
