• Go deep on a technical capability; translate to board-level messaging.
• Strong written communication; clear value storytelling.
• Experience building content and enablement in fast-moving B2B.
• Comfort with ambiguity; define as you execute.
• Familiarity with infra/cloud automation tools, personas, pain; data-driven by default.
