Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain measurement infra for outcome metrics.
• Design and build AI-native self-serve data layer for product builders.
• Set up measurement before teams ship so decisions are timely.
• Compile the quantitative signal for strategic PMs, pairing numbers with why.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines — a continuous measurement system.
• Surface data insights even when they contradict prior direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product, data, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building measurement infra from low maturity.
• Track record defining outcome metrics with product teams.
• Strong SQL and data engineering; own pipelines.
• Able to present findings that challenge senior stakeholders.
• Nice to have: self-serve analytics tooling adopted by PMs/designers/engineers.
• Nice to have: AI-assisted data workflows (LLM queries or AI insights).
