🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related role in high-growth tech/SaaS.
• Experience building processes from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
• Experience with AI-native products and focus on model quality and reliability.
• Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into clear roadmap inputs.
• Proven cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Hands-on launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in fast-moving environments.
