Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product operating cadence across the portfolio to keep teams aligned.
• Build and maintain prioritization, intake, and decision frameworks.
• Own product management tooling strategy across portfolios and data hygiene.
• Partner with Product, Design, Eng, and others to reduce friction and clarify ownership.
• Own product launch readiness with cross-functional coordination for scope and messaging.
• Maintain a living view of roadmap progress, customer signals, and product performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/PM/Operations/Engineering/Analytics.
• 5-7 years in product ops, product management, or cross-functional SaaS roles.
• Built operational systems, cadences, or decision frameworks at scale.
• Strong knowledge of modern product operating models (portfolio planning, launch readiness, metrics).
• Synthesized data into actionable recommendations for product and executives.
• Experience with product analytics tools: Pendo, Gong, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence.
