Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Align product, engineering, support, and GTM in a fast-paced SaaS.
• Improve delivery, support launches, gather feedback, and maintain excellence.
• Collect and synthesize customer insights across channels.
• Identify areas where teams misalign with business needs.
• Review global customer experience with product analytics.
• Segment user data and extract actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5 years in Product Ops, Technical Program Management, or GTM in SaaS.
• 3 yrs as Developer/QA/Data Analyst; 2 yrs leading cross-functional ops.
• 2+ yrs with tools: Redash, Postman, Github, Looker, Jira Product Discovery, Cursor.
• 40 hours/week; experience can be gained concurrently.
