Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with the GMs to define the vision, then own and scale this opportunity with product, sales
• Develop the roadmap and key proof points for B2B initiatives, and work with a small
• Experiment quickly to drive go-to-market and customer adoption, then turn what you learn into
• Identify where manual work in B2B go-to-market, adoption, and account operations can be replaced
• Take AI pilots from experiment to production by turning what works into playbooks, templates, and
• Take pilots that work and make them sustainable, so the next team can run them without starting over

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business
• Experience in startups, lean business units, or product incubation teams
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations
• A curious, sharp, first-principles thinker who is both a strategist and a builder
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals
