Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead improvements to the PDLC and PM tooling.
• Own the product roadmap tooling, governance, and dashboards.
• Architect Jira/Confluence and AI integrations for roadmaps.
• Write and evolve the roadmap infrastructure; ensure accuracy.
• Drive scalable product ops processes and AI tooling adoption.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to boost PM velocity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years in product ops/PM in high-growth tech
• Must-have: Jira/Confluence, Claude (AI)
• Nice-to-have: Jira Product Discovery, Cursor, Notion
• Proven track record: product development processes, metrics, and ops
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Experience leading AI-native workflows adoption
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
