Senior Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems

📋 Description

• Operational System Design: Build and refine systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• AI Prototyping & Automation: Prototype AI and automation to streamline ops.
• Workflow Optimization: Audit processes to surface friction and map dependencies.
• Roadmap & Operational Communications: Communicate roadmap updates and standards clearly.
• Tool Evaluation & Collaboration: Identify tooling gaps and partner cross-functionally.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or similar.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; clear roadmaps and priorities.
• AI & Workflow Automation: Hands-on AI tools to prototype or automate workflows.
• Operational Systems: Track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams.
• Tooling Ecosystems: Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively.
• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools.
