Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Drive planning readiness by identifying gaps and aligning cross-functional teams before development begins.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve roadmap execution and alignment.
• Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and coordination to reduce risk.
• Serve as the operational lead for complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of Product Development rhythms, frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to track roadmap execution and health.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, PM, Eng, or related SaaS field.
• Experience planning annual/quarterly roadmaps at scale across product and engineering orgs.
• Successful delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple teams.
• Design and scale operational processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Technical fluency with Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across product, engineering, and leadership.
