🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Ops, Business Ops, or data-focused analytics in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience across Product, Finance, or GTM teams using data to drive strategy.
• Ability to use AI platforms to automate processes and rapid data analysis.
• Proficiency with dashboards/tools: Tableau, Dovetail, Pendo, Snowflake; SQL.
• Strong ability to work with messy data and draw defensible conclusions.
• Skilled at translating between technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders.
