• Role: Product Operations Manager, Data at Harvey. Connects data products with Engineering, GTM, and
• Own intake, triage, prioritization of feature requests and data issues; manage early-access
• Manage partner relationships to ensure reliable data pipelines for law firms and in-house teams
• Prefer lightweight, scalable systems over heavy processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, PM or related roles at high-growth tech/SaaS (data/integrations
• Experience triaging inbound requests at volume; ability to route items without bottlenecks.
• Comfort engaging with data/technical issues; assess severity and impact.
• Experience managing external vendor/partner relationships, onboarding, delivery quality.
• Hands-on with early-access/beta programs and cross-functional launches.
• Strong written communication; turn feedback into clear requirements and docs.
