🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in product operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven AI-enabled processes and automation experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents and prompt systems.
• Experience facilitating workshops with VP-level and senior leaders.
• Experience developing board decks for quarterly/annual reporting.
• Strong design thinking skills.
