• 7+ years in product, 5+ as Product Owner/Manager
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments
• Lead products from 0 to 1, owning outcomes, UX and quality
• Inspire and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple experiences
• Sharp analytical thinking and clear prioritization
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Bias for action, ownership, and drive to build
