• Own backlog and story quality for complex, multi-track engagements.
• Translate strategy into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria independently.
• Identify gaps, resolve ambiguity, and make defensible decisions.
• Lead backlog refinement; prevent blockers from unclear stories.
• Champion AI-forward backlog practices in story writing and requirements.
• Partner with UX to translate research into the backlog.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Product Owner or BA on software delivery teams.
• 4+ years in consulting or agency environments.
• Proven track record owning complex multi-team backlogs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner; backlog quality drives delivery.
• AI Fluency required: uses AI in PO workflow and mentors AI practices.
• AI in Products preferred: experience with AI/ML stories and impact.
