Senior Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own the backlog and story quality for a complex engagement across multiple tracks
• Translate strategy into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria with independence
• Navigate ambiguity: identify gaps, drive conversations, and decide with direction incomplete
• Lead backlog refinement; ensure the team isn't blocked by unclear stories
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies as a senior contributor
• Mentor POs and raise backlog quality and develop their skills

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst on software delivery teams
• 4+ years in consulting, professional services, or agency environments
• Proven track record owning complex backlogs across multi-team engagements
• Experienced working with both internal PM direction and client PM/PO direction
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner; backlog quality drives delivery outcomes
• AI Fluency (Required); uses AI in backlog and analysis; coaches team on AI-forward practices
