📋 Description

• Own money movement, settlements, and cash management end-to-end.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams with partners.
• Rationalize APIs and systems for partner models and geographies.
• Balance regulatory deadlines with partner needs in the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, treasury, and partners.
• Define success by partner adoption and production usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product mgmt, engineering, or consulting with payments/settlement.
• End-to-end ownership of multi-workstream initiatives at scale.
• Track record delivering an area roadmap across several in-flight projects.
• Mentor peers, raise quality, and lead without a formal manager title.
• SQL experience and BI tools; AI-assisted product discovery.
• Bachelor’s degree; FINRA SIE completion or commitment within first year.
