• The Senior Product Owner will maximize value of technology investments by managing product
• Lead product ownership across Finance, Accounting, HR, and corporate systems to drive process
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, IT Planning, and stakeholders to support Agile delivery and align
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Monitor delivery outcomes, risks, and opportunities for optimization while maintaining
• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar tech role.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, HR, or other corporate systems; strong understanding of
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder
• Ability to balance competing priorities and translate objectives into practical technology
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
