📋 Description

• Own and manage the product backlog, defining requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing
• Build, configure, and enhance an Employee Knowledge Management solution using SharePoint Online
• Develop and maintain governed content catalogs, metadata structures, content types, taxonomy, and
• Design and implement content publishing workflows, approval processes, permissions, and automated
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online, including metadata, content types
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code workflow automation
• Demonstrated experience in product ownership, requirements gathering, backlog management, Agile
• Knowledge of content governance, taxonomy design, information architecture, and content lifecycle
