• Own backlog and story quality for a complex, multi-track engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst on software teams.
• 4+ years in consulting, professional services, or agency environments.
• Proven track record owning complex backlogs across multi-team engagements.
• Experienced with internal PM direction and direct client PM/PO direction.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner; backlog quality drives delivery.
• AI Fluency: uses AI tools; coaches AI-forward backlog practices.
• AI in Products (Preferred): written AI/ML stories; understands non-deterministic features.
• Credible in client-facing product conversations; clear on scope and trade-offs.
