📋 Description

• Own the backlog and story quality for complex engagements across multiple tracks.
• Translate strategy into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria with independence.
• NAVIGATE ambiguity; identify gaps and drive decision-making when direction is unclear.
• Lead backlog refinement; prevent blockers due to unclear stories.
• Mentor POs; raise quality and invest in their development.
• Champion AI-forward backlog practices; use AI in story writing and criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on software delivery teams.
• 4+ years in a consulting, professional services, or agency environment.
• Proven track record owning complex backlogs across multi-team engagements.
• Experienced with internal PM direction and direct client PM/PO direction.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner; backlog quality drives delivery outcomes.
• AI Fluency (Required): uses AI tools as part of the PO workflow.
