🎯 Requirements

6+ years in online Trust & Safety or Product Policy.
Policy development experience for global platforms; regional focus.
Strong written and verbal communication; distill issues, propose policy paths.
Strong product/technical understanding for problem solving.
Experience presenting to executives.
Fluent in English; German/Dutch preferred.
